GAME: what type of element is it? plant / animal / man-made

VOCABULARY:

• ——  OCEAN: large area of salt water between the continents. There are 5 oceans. Together they cover 70% of the earth.
• —  CONTINENT: any of the large landmasses in the world. There are 7 continents. The Pacific Ocean is the largest and the deepest ocean.

• —  COAST: for example: beach, bay, lagoon, coral reef, estuary
• —  INLAND

• —  RIVERS have fresh water (not salty).
• —  LAKE: large body of water surrounded by land. Most lakes have fresh water, but some have salty water.
• —  POND: small body of water surrounded by land.

• —  MOUNTAINS: they have steep sides and a peak
