5th Grade: COOPERATIVE TEAMWORK: HARRY POTTER'S HOUSES

Children at Year 5 are working in cooperative teams from this month!

And today we distributed the names of HARRY POTTER'S HOUSES at Hogwarts:

GRIFFINDORF, SLITHERING, HUFFLEPUFF and RAVENCLAW

We watched this video in English: SORTING HAT VIDEO

• And then, each team had to decide their roles: SPOKESPERSON / TIME KEEPER / TASK MANAGER / HARMONIZER / MATERIALS COORDINATOR
• and the HOUSE RULES: Respect everybody, Help each other, Work as a team, etc.

We are singing this song in class to prepare for the INTERNATIONAL PEACE DAY, on 30th January. All children at school will participate singing or playing the song.

HALLOWEEN 2017

Hello!!!

Our school was full of vampires, ghosts, monsters and witches on 31st October to celebrate Halloween!!

We had lots of fun and we took part in a SPOOKY COOKING WORKSHOP where all children from Year 1 to Year 6 cooked a special recipe for HALLOWEEN:

WEEK CAMP 2017: Years 3,4,5 and 6

Hello,

We had a great time at the Week camp in Garaña de Pría on 25th, 26th and 27th October 2017.
Have a look at the video and the pictures!!!

63 children from Years 3,4,5 and 6 went for 3 days to this English camp in Garaña de Pría to practise English in a beautiful natural environment.

We stayed in cabins, and we had activities outdoors all-day long.

It was a wonderful experience, and we had a lot of fun!!
