Storytelling: THE MIXED-UP CHAMELEON

Hello little ones! How are you feeling this week? We hope you can all answer: "I feel very happy!".

There is a new story for you to share with your loved ones and enjoy in English, it's called:

"The Mixed-Up Chameleon" is the story of a chameleon who changes colour every now and then, from orange to brown, to red to yellow. It's bright and green when it's warm and its belly is full, and grey when it's cold and hungry.

One day, the chameleon goes to the zoo and is amazed by all those different animals it sees:

  • A big and white POLAR BEAR,
  • A beautiful FLAMINGO with long legs,
  • A GIRAFFE with a very long neck,
  • A FISH, a DEER, a GIRAFFE, a TORTOISE, an ELEPHANT, a SEAL... and wishing he could be like them... BANG! He starts to turn into a very mixed-up chameleon!!!

Here are some important words from the story:
And some ARTS & CRAFTS you can do this week. You can use paper, paint, crayons or coloured pens, remember to make your chameleon bright and full of changing colours!!!

Or you can make your own chameleon with all the animals from the story...

How many colourful chameleons can you see? You can practise writing numbers or dots next to each colour.

Or you can invent you own mixed-up animal, it will be very original for sure!!!

Don't forget to send us your photos, they are fantastic and it's lovely to see you every week.

Take care and enjoy your time outside, see if you can find a chameleon!!!

Lots of love from your English Teachers💕

PICTURES from YOU: THANK YOU VERY MUCH for sharing, you have all done a great work with all your colourful chameleons!!!
